Tom learns the importance of slowing and listening
Tom gets frustrated at Zac for repeating the same questions. Tom notices and realises that Zac is feeling anxious and learns an important lesson about slowing down and listening. The story shows an example of how Tom, the support worker, works with Zac through the steps of repairing everyday harm and preventing it from happening again.
